very slimming for my pear-shaped (and post-baby) body

i was looking for a cute one-piece suit after having a baby and deciding that my bikinis are a thing of the past. this one seemed to fit the bill- cute and forgiving but not too frumpy. i needed a suit quickly and rather than trek to the store with baby in tow i figured i'd let amazon prime help me out :)the material is of good quality and the suit looks just like the picture. it is very snug but i think that's what makes it "magic"- it sucks you in in all of the right places. i have a rather..ahem.."ample" butt and there was a moment of panic that it wasn't going to go over my caboose (or heaven forbid, not going to come off) but once i slid it up it was very comfortable and slimming. for reference- i usually wear a size 34B bra size and a size 10 for pants, i'm 5'6" and 150 lbs. i purchased this suit in a size 10 and it fit well everywhere, except the leg holes cut in just a little bit on my thighs- but not enough to take off a star or have any worries about wearing it. the top is fully lined (always a worry for me with white on top) and has underwires, but there is no padding (so if you are looking for a wonder bra-type suit this is not for you). being smaller on top i usually don't wear suits without the straps, but because it is so structured it actually looks good strapless and i'm not worried about anything falling out.highly recommended suit, hopefully my measurements are a helpful reference.

The fabric of this suit is like an under garment that's got some flexibility, but holds in the stomach really well. The only thing is that the remove able straps don't seem to stay on all that well, but it's really meant to be strapless and holds up on it's own very strongly. I just wanted the straps for when I try surfing on vacation, but no big deal.
